What is the capital gain calculation (GCAP)?

It is the calculation and declaration of the tax on profit from the sale of assets, such as real estate. We do the calculation, generate the DARF and import the information into your Income Tax declaration. The service costs R$ 1.500,00.

I need to regularize a construction work or pay ITBI. Do you help?

Yes. We take care of the civil construction work regularization in the CNO with verification via SERO (R$ 3.250,00) and the complete advisory for ITBI on property transfer (R$ 1.000,00), following up until the notarization.

Are the notary and city hall fees included in the value?

No. The values informed are TF inter's fees for the advisory service. Notary fees, city hall fees (ITBI, notarizations) and other official costs are paid directly by you and informed transparently before hiring.
